1. Booking and Payment

All tours must be booked in advance through our website.

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

Extras such as traditional food and parking must be reserved when booking (limited spaces).

Food and parking are paid in cash only upon arrival.

Invoices (facturas) are available upon request at the time of booking.
2. Tour Participation

Tours are beginner-friendly and include a safety introduction.

Life jackets must be worn at all times on the water.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and remain under their full responsibility.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be under control. Owners are fully responsible for their pets.

Kayak seats have a maximum capacity of 131 kg (288 lbs). Guests above this limit will use a double kayak for comfort and safety.

Please inform us in advance if you need or want a double kayak; otherwise, single kayaks will be assigned by default.
3. Duration and Schedule

Standard tours last about 3 hours, including preparation and instructions.

Sunrise tours and other special experiences may vary in duration.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be refunded.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
- We kayak rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe (storms, heavy winds), we will cancel for everyone’s safety.
5. Safety and Liability
- Participation is at your own risk. While we prioritize safety, water activities involve inherent risks.
- By joining the tour, you agree to follow all safety instructions from our guides.
- We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow instructions, reckless behavior, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Personal Belongings

Bring only what you need. We recommend leaving valuables at home or storing them in a waterproof bag.

Traditional Mexican food can be added as an extra when booking (limited spaces).
